The issue here appears to be with your A01. A01 is a marking criteria on how you respond to texts critically and imaginatively. You must select and evaluate relevant textual detail to illustrate and support interpretations. The main issue with your writing most likely stems from insufficient planning, poor use of topic sentences and writing irrelevant points. A topic sentence is a sentence that expresses the main idea of the paragraph in which it occurs. The examiner should be able to read your topic sentences and understand your main argument. Let's look at this example essay title [insert example]... what do you think would be three strong points answering this question... can you summarise each of these points, with reference to the keywords in the title, in one sentence each (forming topic sentences)... let's read these three sentences and see if this is a clear answer in full to the question...
