How should I structure my personal statement?

A personal statement must display your traits, skills and interests. It is the document that personifies your application and brings reasonings towards why your grades are the way they are. It is very common that admissions tutors look for a eye catching opening line as one of the distiguishers between various levels of candidates. Furthermore, structure and flow is extremely important for personal statements as admissions tutors spend very little time reading this due to the vast amount of applications. Structure depends on the subject you are applying for and your career choices after university. Once this can be established, I will be able to personally tailor a structured plan for a personal statement to meet exact requirements after researching the candidates course choices.
