How can I deliver a good answer under strict exam time limits?

Think pragmatically. If you have 2 hours to answer 4 questions, you need to stop yourself after 30 minutes, no leniency. Be concise and consider improving your language, think compactly and plan your answer in themes. It seems impossible to be thorough but you can be. You just have to keep your cool.
