Why are you interested in studying Medicine?

After careful consideration of all aspects of the career, my drive and fascination with science, along with my natural desire to care for people, and the prospect of working in such a dynamic field, has made me aspire to pursue medicine. I have always had an imperishable passion and curiosity for biology and chemistry. Science lessons alone have not satisfied my scientific interest - indeed, I do not intend for it ever to be satisfied, as it is, excitingly, an area constantly growing and changing.

I understand medicine is not easy, but I welcome the challenges that will undoubtedly come my way, for I can imagine no other profession as rewarding as one where I may continue studying what I love, and then use this knowledge to help people. The skills and experiences I have accumulated, combined with my academic ability, and my caring, willing, determined demeanour, lead me to believe that medicine is the ideal field for me.
