Explain the difference between qualitative and quantitative data.

Qualitative data revolves around the quality, where subjective information and opinions are collected. For example, the user's thought about color, texture and comfort. Quantitive data is mainly numerical data that can be proven and collected - often this means it is 'measurable'. For example, the cost, size and surface area.
