Describe how a student wouldn’t test for the presence of lipid molecules in a sample of food

The student would conduct an emulsification test. First of all, crush the sample to increase is surface area. Next add the sample to a test tube of ethanol, allowing  for he sample to disolve before adding a few drops of water. The presence of a white precipitate is indication of the presence of lipid molecules in the sample
