What did you learn from your work experience?

A lot of medical schools will ask in their interviews about your work experience. It is very easy to list out the experiences one had in your work experience, but you need to focus on one or two examples and really expand on them, e.g. 'I learnt that medicine involves a great deal of teamwork between nurses, doctors and other health professionals in the hospital and this further highlighted that medicine is right for me as I'm a good team player'...(then go onto give an example where you have showed this e.g in a sports team).
