What should I be prepared to talk about in my interveiw?

Interveiwers want to see that you have thought about teamwork, co-operation, ethics, critical analysis and a whole range of other skills, but they want it demonstrated to them in terms of anecdotal evidence, which means that they want examples of when you have been involved in a team, they want you to be able to be critical of your performance, and they want to know what you have done to improve.
