Yes:

  • A greater variety of goods and services offered to consumers, this involves goods and services that may not be offered usually in the country of the consumer 

  • Greater flow of information, technology and ideas which means that there is less disparity in living standards between nations

No:

  • Large MNC's can take advantage of lack of workers' rights and high unemployment rates in poor countries, making them work for obscenely low wages

  • Cultural identity is slowly being eroded away, there is a McDonalds on every corner you turn
