What advice would you give for my medical school interview?

Be genuine! Chances are the interviewers have heard something similar to what you will say (e.g. I'm a great team player, I love human biology, I really care about people) BUT the key is to provide evidence to show that you are passionate. For example, your love for human biology might be explored in your work experience, think of an example, even if you think it's trivial, that made you think wow that's so cool! when you're describing it to them they'll be able to see that you are genuinely passionate and interested, in turn they'll want to hear more as you've grabbed their attention. Another top tip would be to keep your answers balanced for ethical questions. Always show them you understand the dilemma and you understand both sides to the argument by stating both sides. Never show them that you would be biased to one side or that you will take the decision yourself but rather that you would consult with others in the profession.
