step one: list the experience - be specific!"I spent three days in a GP surgery, during this time I was able to observe a doctor breaking bad news about a patients diabetes"step two: say what you learnt"this showed me the importance of a strong sense of empathy and proffessionalism as a doctor"step three: say why it made you want to study your course specifically"having the ability to help patients cope with difficult diagnosisis is something I'd value greatly."
