In a medical school interview, how do I approach a question asking about my weaknesses?

With this type of question your aim should be to come across as honest and humble, whilst not delving too deep into your worst traits! It is wise to tackle this type of question with a positive and constructive attitude, for example, identify a problem, such as issues with organisational skills, and then immediately state how you are managing and remedying this problem (for example by saying you keep a diary of planned activities and check it each morning). Avoid simply reeling off a list of your flaws and making yourself seem undesirable!
