What were the effects of Treaty of Versailles on Germany?

The Treaty of Versailles imposed tremendously harsh sanctions and limitations on Germany for preventing German military and economic recovery. The German Army was almost fully demobilised, restricted to merely 100,000 troops for internal purposes only and production or usage of war related aircraft or submarines were effectively banned. Aggressive reparations influential on overburdening the already crippled post-war German economy. This promoted and combined with socio-political turmoil following the WW1 and created a disaster on Germany.
