What are the different hypothesised methods of DNA replication.

There are 3 types: conservative, semi conservative and dispersive.conservative entails the original DNA strand remaining intact with a whole newly synthesised DNA strand being formedsemi conservative entails the 2 DNA strands possesing both a template strand and a newly synthesised DNA strand dispersive entails the 2 DNA strands possesing fragments of the original DNA strands and newly synthesised fragments of DNA. I would then have shown the messhelson stahl experiment to show how it was deduced which method of replication is used in cells. I also would have diagrams to demonstrate these ideas as I am someone who very much likes to explain things visually to a person. I believe it puts concepts in a clearer perspective as well as alowing them to refer back to information more easily as pictures are very good memory joggers. At the start of a session I would first establish the basics very briefly i.e. what DNA is, what its components are, its function and any other relevant points that need to be made.
