Modernise the Greek comedy, Lysistrata.

Lysistrata is play concerning the liberation of oppressed women in ancient Greece. It is a farcical, yet intelligent satire of the political upheaval in Athens in 411 BC. Thus to re-create the play effectively to suit modern circumstances, it is of primary importance to select a political scenario that embraces the subjugation of women. For example, the Women of Liberia Mass Action for Peace is a peace movement that began in 2003. Thousands of women staged a non-violent protest in a time rife with warring factions.
