Cosa mangi a pranzo? What do you eat for lunch?

Answering this question, I would start by talking about when I have lunch and by comparing it to people in Italy. It is a good way to show that you know how to say the time in Italian and you know some aspects of Italian culture. Then I would move on to describe the courses and my favourite foods, showing knowledge of Italian vocabulary.
