Explain how the hormone Auxin causes plants to bend towards light?

Auxin is produced in higher concentrations in the shaded side of the plant, as auxin causes the cells to elongate and grow, the shaded side cells grow and elongate more than the non shaded side which causes the plant to bend towards light.
