How many quarters are there in 8?

We know that there are 4 quarters in one whole number, 4/4 = 1/1.Then if we want to know how many quarters are in 8, we multiply 4 by 8. This is because we know that 1 is equal to four quarters and that 8 is equal to 8 ones. So 4 x 8 = 32.There are 32 quarters in 8.
