Important points to note when answering:
Think about the structure of the text and the main points. Is there a shift in viewpoint with a new paragraph, e.g. presenting a counter-argument? Are the paragraphs linked?Does the author use persuasive techniques such as hyperbole, personal pronouns, imperatives, emotive language, rhetorical questions, facts and figures, metaphors and similes?It's important not to just list observations but to group them together to create a more coherent response.
