Ultrafiltration in the glomerulus caused by high hydrostatic pressure due to the diameter of the afferent tubule being larger than that of the efferent tubule forcing smaller blood plasma, ions and other bio molecules through capillary endothelium pores through the basement membrane and podocyte cells creating glomerular filtrate
