describe how kidneys filter blood?

Kidney filters blood via ultrafiltration filters small particles of blood out such as sugar salts water and urea. Large particle such are red blood cells and white blood cells stay in blood. Filtrate moves into collecting duct due to high hydrostatic pressure created due to difference in size of the blood vessel that are located before and after glomerulus
