How do I structure my personal statement?

It's important to break down your personal statement so that you can maximise each paragraph and focus on all of the crucial points which you should include. I would break it down into:Opening short paragraph. What inspires you to do this course?Understanding of the subject and work experienceYour passion for a particular angle/aspect of this subject e.g. anatomy within medicineVolunteering and extracurricularAchievementsLast paragraph - express all of your assets and conclude with a commitment to the course e.g. "I am excited to undertake this course...."
