Describe the molecular structure of starch.

There are 2 types; amylose and amylopectin which are both made of alpha glucose and are tightly coiled. while amylopectin has branches and 2 bonds, 1-4 and 1-6 glycosidic bonds, amylose only has 1-4 glycosidic bonds.
