In this answer I would be looking for the correct use of the present tense, connectives and, for stronger students, the use of opinion phrases. I would be looking for use of the present tense in the 'I' first person singular form mainly, but for stronger students I may encourage them to try using 'he/she' or 'they'.Answers could include phrases like: I brush my teeth (and then) I dress myself. After that, I eat breakfast. (When I get home from school) I watch the TV/I listen to music/I play games etc. Opinion phrases may include:I walk to school, but I don't like it. I walk the dog, it's really fun.For a KS3 student, I would be looking for a paragraph length answer.
