How to face final exams?

Firstly, I strongly recommend to do summaries. Writing information on a notebook or on a laptop helps a lot to memorize fundamental concepts and dates. Secondly, It is important to study all the year to avoid stress and the last minute revision. Moreover, I think that breaks are necessary, go to the gym , do sport, go to the park are useful for both the body and the mind.
