Exaplain one advantage and one disadvanatge of an organisation beocming multinational

An example of an advantage of an organisation becoming a multinational is that they can benefit from an increased number of potential customers and therefore multinationals can have more customers, leading to the potential for higher sales and profit. However, a disadvantaged is that a variety of languages spoken in multinationals means that the organisation may have to employ employees who understand many languages and this may increase costs.
