Name two negative impacts of the use of cognitive behavioral therapy in treating depression

One negative impact of the use of cognitive behavioral therapy is the fact that its effectiveness can often depend on the strength of the relationship between the therapist and the client. If the relationship is good, therapy is more likely to be effective, whereas this can be hampered if the therapist and client do not get along or feel unsuited to one another.
Another negative impact would be the time consuming nature of therapy. When depressed, it can be difficult to even get out of bed, let alone to get to a therapist's office, therefore therapy is sometimes less effective for significantly depressed people who cannot find the energy to attend sessions.
