Cloud computing is the use of third party servers to store information online.An advantage of cloud computing is to be able to work collaboratively on documents. Cloud Computing is online meaning that multiple people can access the same document and work on a project together easily if they are physically far away.A disadvantage of cloud computing is that users need to have a network connection to be able to access the files. If the user does not have a stable internet connection then they will not be able to connect or change any documents at all as they are not stored on the physical device.
