What are the five levels in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs?

at the base of the pyramid is Physiological needs, these are basic, human needs that need to be fulfilled for the worker to have the physical ability to perform (i.e. food and water). The next layer is Health and Safety needs, these are the needs of sustainable conditions to work in (i.e. contractual pay and safe working conditions). the third level in the hierarchy is needs of Love and Belonging, these refer to respect in the workplace and acceptance from the group. the fourth level is Set-Esteem needs, this refers to recognition of personal performance, these needs can be fulfilled through appraisals and job enrichment for example. the top level of the hierarchy is self-actualisation, this refers to when the worker has reached their full potential.
