What is the difference between re-imaging, re-branding and regeneration of place

Re-imaging is the process which dissociates place from previous bad images, usually achieved through advertising campaigns. Rebranding is when a place is re-developed to gain a new identity. Regeneration is a long-term redevelopment with improvement to physical and economic environments.
