How do we form the present tense endings for regular 'er', 'ar' and 'ir' verbs?

The present tense is used to describe actions that are happening in the present, and is the most commonly used tense in Spanish

To form it, first you must remove the infinitive endings of the verb - er, ar and ir - in order to get the stem of the verb, then add the following conjugations:

Hablar - Ar verb, To speak

Hablo

Hablas

Habla

Hablamos

Habláis

Hablan

The same technique appled to 'ar' verbs also must be applied to 'er' and 'ir' verbs - remove the infinitive ending and add the conjugations

Comer - 'Er' verb, To Eat            

Como                              

Comes                           

Come                             

Comemos                      

Coméis

Comen
