What is the difference between weather and climate?

Weather is the condition of the atmosphere, now or in the near future - e.g. sunny/raining.

Climate is the average weather conditions in a particular place based on weather conditions of the past 30 years i.e. it's what we can expect to get in a particular place, based on what we've had before.
