When writing "je jouerai", do I have to put an "s" or no "s"?

The words "jouerai" and "jouerais" can easily be mixed up, as their endings are very similar. However being aware of the context will always help you find the right answer. An "s" is only needed for the conditional, while the future tense requires none.
