How do you structure paragraphs in an essay?

There are three features to every paragraph. Point, Evidence and Explain. Remember the phrase PEE in every paragraph. Let's say you're writing an essay on Wuthering Heights. My point might be "the wild and savage landscape reflects Heathcliff's personality". Now I need Evidence to show that, and this is best shown through a quote from the text itself. After giving the evidence you need to Explain your point, imagine you're talking to aliens who have no idea what this text is about. Make your explanation as clear and easy to understand as possible, this will not only make the marker happy but also show your knowledge of the text and skill in clearly structuring paragraphs.
