Mental Health Awareness Week \ud83d\udc9b<\/h2>\n

Last week was Mental Health Awareness week, which is a great opportunity to check in with yourself and those around you. We understand the easing out of lockdown, preparing for uni exams and having a part-time job can stack up – so we have lots of resources for both you and your students, like managing uncertainty<\/a>, wellbeing tips from a psychologist<\/a>, fun ways to exercise<\/a>, developing a healthy relationship with your studies<\/a> and our top tips for looking after your mental health<\/a> more generally.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve also been crowdsourcing wellbeing tips and sharing our favourite mindful podcasts over on our Instagram<\/a>, and held a giveaway where your fellow tutors Saad, Lucy, Hannah, Thomas and Mark won a LUSH treat to help them unwind \ud83e\uddd8<\/p>\n
