It’s flexible, rewarding, and seeing your students excel can give you a sense of personal satisfaction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Typically, tutors are self-employed. So, you\u2019ll have the flexibility to schedule your work according to the times that suit you best. This means you can work as much or as little as you\u2019d like! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Since lessons on MyTutor are online, you can work from the comfort of your own home – or anywhere else. As a university student, it’s great because you can easily balance your studies, tutoring, and personal life. There’s enough time to revise for your exams whilst helping students to do the same thing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Organisation<\/strong> – planning lessons requires organisation. I\u2019ve become more skilled at prioritising the topics my students need to improve on, managing activities and timekeeping so that my students get the most out of the lessons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Communication<\/strong> – tutoring gives you the opportunity to interact with and teach a diverse group of people, which develops your communication skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Confidence<\/strong> – working with a variety of people builds confidence, increases professionalism, and prepares us to converse with different people in the working world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. You’ll strengthen your CV <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          You will enhance your CV by adding your tutoring experience. It demonstrates your communication, organisation and professional skills. It also looks great if you’ve used the MyTutor training videos to improve your skills in your own time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
