We know that choosing, and taking, your GCSEs and A levels can be daunting! Especially when some subjects are tougher than others. But which subjects really are the hardest to pass?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve broken down Ofqual<\/a> analysis to give you the top 10 hardest GCSE and A levels. This is based on grading and statistical difficulty, the results might just surprise you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to data from Ofqual, looking at feedback from students and teachers, these are the top hardest GCSEs to pass. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Interestingly, according to additional research<\/a>, subjects like Russian, Polish, and Portuguese are statistically easier to pass, potentially because a higher proportion of native speakers are taking these exams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Studying these subjects may be trickier judging by the pass rates, but with a little hard work (and some help!) you can definitely make strides in these subjects and even pursue further study or a career later down the line. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
