MyTutor & Oaklands School on BBC London

In October, BBC London featured MyTutor in a segment on blended learning, taking a closer look at the growing ‘digital divide’ between pupils with good access to computers and the internet at home, and those without.

BBC London correspondent Marc Ashdown visited Oaklands School in Tower Hamlets, to speak to Assistant Headteacher Kathryn Fenn about how MyTutor one-to-one tuition is helping Oaklands pupils build academic confidence and keep learning on track as the COVID pandemic continues to disrupt school life.

Watch the full clip below to listen to Kathryn’s comments, and hear from student Samiya about how she’s benefited from online tuition.
