About me

Hi!

I am a third year medical student currently intercalating in Genetics which I will graduate from in July. I am really passionate about genetics as it is a really big and upcoming field in medicine with lots of research going on that will later be implemented in healthcare. Medicine itself is a very rewarding degree and I have learnt lots of information on any diseases in the first two years alone. But the best part is defiantly applying this knowledge to actual patients in hospitals...

But the best part is defiantly applying this knowledge to actual patients in hospitals and GP surgery.

I sat my GCSEs in 2014 and my A levels in 2016 both of which I found with the right preparation and revision meant it was a lot less stressful than it could have been.

Other than my degree I love doing all different types of sport and currently play lots of rugby in my downtime. Not only is it a great team game, its also nice to focus on something other than education in my own time.

I then repeat these questions at the end of the session to gauge how much the student has taken in during the session and also show the student how much progress they have made throughout the session.

I will always ask if there are an...

I will always ask if there are any topics the student would like to work on in the next session so I can prepare a lesson on this for the future.
