I want to be a tutor because I want to inspire adolescents to have the same passion for education that I had at both A level and GCSE. To give you an idea of how motivated I am, I was predicted AAB for my A level grades, and I worked so hard that I achieved A*AA - two grades above my predicted ones. I plan to facilitate yours or your child's learning by focusing on areas which they find most difficult and trying to hone their knowledge here. Also, I believe that focusing on question structure is crucially important, because it's one thing having the knowledge to get through an exam, but that is no use if you don't have the ability to answer the question properly.
The structure of my sessions would develop with time and experience to best suit yours or your child's learning styles and academic needs. It could be generally going over what they have learnt in class recently, or it could focus on particular areas or subjects which are a particular struggle.
