I originally come from a town just outside of Liverpool called St Helens and I attended a state run secondary school and a state run sixth form during my education. I have a passion for both Law and History and that I would love to share that with other people. During both my GCSEs and A-Levels, I found it very difficult to grasp new concepts and having someone who had been through the process already to act as a guide would have been a great help! I hope that I can convey my love for these subjects to anybody who wishes to hear it!

About my sessions

I will structure my lessons by dividing them into different chapters which will contain questions/or exercise in order to that i will ask the student to make sure he/she has understood the lesson. I will structure my lessons by dividing them into different chapters which will contain questions/or exercise in order to that i will ask the student to make sure he/she has understood the lesson. However the organisation and the content of the chapters will depend on each student's needs. I will first start by learning about the knowledge of the student and its difficulties in order to make the lessons in a way to tackle their difficulty and help them improve and see what type of lesson works best for them. If necessary, in the next lesson i will go back to some points that the student may need to go over once again. I will always leave a time for questions as this is very important. It is also important to ask the student about his/her needs and how they feel about a specific topic (if they feel confident about it or if they need me to explain more in depth a specific topic). I will make sure that the students' goal will be achieved by making sure they feel that they have overcome their difficulties and that they are progressing throughout the lessons.

In order to measure the progress, i will ask the students to do some exercises or ask the students questions, depending on the area of the lesson. It is important to encourage the student learning and, in order to do so, it is important that the student has no pressure and does not feel bored. This is why the lessons have to be interactive and to include some exercise time and let the student ask questions.
