About my sessions

My priority is making the student understand first the basic so that afterwards the more complex materials comes natural. The student should improve the understanding of the module. My plan is first to understand the need of the student. By doing this we can trace an action plan so that we know how to improve and what ae the weaknesses of the student as well as establishing the best method for the student to learn.

To measure understanding, as we progress during the class, I will ask some questions to make sure the student is progressing in this field.

Getting more interested in the subject is very important, so I will include real life examples of my students main interest to support my material. Analogies will attract the student aking the experience more enjoyable.

Questions Lina has answered

3 girls and 4 boys are seated randomly on a bench. Find the probability that the girls set together and the boys sit together.

The number off total arrangements is 7!(permutation). The number of ways for which the girls and boys sit togehter is 3!*4!*2. The probability is the division of the number of way by the total possibilities, which gives 2/35. To make less calculations remmeber the fact that the factorial (!) is equal to the multiplication of every number from the starting point to 1, so 4! = 4*3*2*1.The number off total arrangements is 7!(permutation). Define the term price skimming and explain how it could benefit certain type of business using examples.

Price skimming involves setting high price when introducing new products in the market. It works for a limited amount of time as competitors will also invest in innovating their products. As this happens the price should be lowered. Apple is a company that uses this strategy but it never decreases prices unless it develops a new model as it relies on brand image given by high quality products set at a high price.Price skimming involves setting high price when introducing new products in the market.
