About me

About Me

Hello! I am currently a 21-year-old medical student at Manchester Medical School. Before starting Medical School, I studied Physiology BSc (Hons) at King’s College London and graduated with a first.  I remember very clearly the stress and heartache that comes with applying to medicine; I have very recently been through the same application process as you are going through now, so I know how you feel! I have had a lot of experience helping tutor and mentor others all throughout school and university and also through helping family friends go through the application process. I really hope that I will be able to help you too!

What I can offer

Every student is different. I will aim to make our sessions fun and productive, tailoring them to you and your individual needs. The process of applying to medicine is stressful – and that’s even before the interviews! So I will try to make writing those pesky personal statements as effortless as possible. I’d also be happy to help with interview preparation – practice is key! I was asked to interview and offered places at three of my choices and I would love to help improve your confidence and communication skills to make those interviews less daunting.

What next?

If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message or book a 'Meet the Tutor Session'. I look forward to meeting you!
