About me

I am a third year  Aeronautical Engineering student at Imperial College London with extensive tutoring experience.

I have formally been a personal tutor for over a year now. In this time I have helped students achieve A*s in their exams and fully realise and achieve their potential.

Having successfully been through countless examinations  I have first hand knowledge of what it takes to excel in them - specifically in the subjects I offer tutoring in. I will help you not only with the academic teaching but also with your general exam and revision technique. I firstly endeavour to understand what is holding you back (if anything!) and then cater specifically to your needs to help you using skills I have gained through my personal as well as previous tutoring experiences.

My teaching method is two fold. First I will use a mixture of textbook and revision guides to simplify and summarise the content and make sure you fully understand it. Then I will use past exam paper questions to enforce that knowledge and make sure you really do get it.

I have also been volunteering at a Sixth Form College for some time now to tutor and support AS and A level students as part of the  Schools Plus scheme to help tackle educational disadvantage in London. As part of this scheme I take part in training workshops designed specifically to improve my skills as a tutor. These have helped me make the most of the time spent with my tutees so each session is used to maximally benifit the student.

Before this I worked with teachers on a regular and continuous basis for two years to provide teaching support  to children from Years 7 to 11  in Science and Maths while at my Sixth Form.

I also have a younger sister who I helped prepare for her GCSEs, in which she did exceedingly well.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch!

I look forward to meeting you.
