Degree: Psychology (Bachelors) - Durham University
Hello! It's nice to meet you!
I have always had a fixation with finding out how things work (the more complicated, the better), and so when I began studying psychology at A-Level, I was immediately hooked. After completeing my A-Levels and spending a year volunteering and gathering work experience, I became a student at Durham University on the C800 Psychology course.
I'm a patient and friendly person by nature, and have plenty of experience when it comes to a variety of learning and revision methods, my favourites being the use of colour, diagrams and charts to aid learning.
I am very concious of the fact that everyone is different; I don't think that there is any 'wrong' or 'right' way to study, and so I aim to tailor sessions around individuals personal learning styles as well as the specific points of the exam board specification and cirriculum.
I've always found that time genuinely does fly when you're having fun (and can drag when you're not!) so I try to keep things as lively as possible without skipping over important details.
If you have any queries or would like ot know more, feel free to either message me or book a 'Meet the Tutor' session. From that point we can estblish a plan of action and then get going!
I look forward to meeting you :)
