About me

Hi! I'm Evie, and I study Theoretical Physics at the University of Birmingham. I enjoy my course as it focusses deeply on maths concepts such as vectors and complex numbers that make it easier to understand the relevant physics. I have worked as a tutor for ages 4-16 for two years now and my goal is to always help people reach the answer themselves rather than just giving them the answer as I believe this is a much better way of learning! I have worked as a tutor for ages 4-16 for two years now and my goal is to always help people reach the answer themselves rather than just giving them the answer as I believe this is a much better way of learning! Although my main areas of study are Maths and Physics, I also studied English to A level and still spend much of my free time reading and writing. I have worked part-time tutoring English and 11+ recently and am very confident with all my available subjects from primary to A level. In my free time I enjoy writing, roller skating and rock climbing ☺️

About my sessions
