About me

I am currently studying law at Bristol University. I am enthusiastic and patient and I know it can be frustrating when you don't understand something straight away. This is why i will take the time to try to find how each person learns in order to help them understand.

Before the sessions i will ask for areas that you want to be covered and any questions you want me to answer in the sessions.

How is a corrie formed?

Corrie's are the starting point of a glacier where snow flakes collect in a hollow. As more snow falls the flakes compact and over time firn is formed. Pressure builds and it will eventually become glacial ice. Erosion occurs due to abrasion, plucking and freeze- thaw which deepens the hollow.
