About me

About Me:

Hi, I'm James, a sociology student at Durham University. I'm genuinely passionate about sociology, and love studying it, and so it's a pleasure to help people like you with the subject. HopefullyI will start to make you just as passionate!

I've been involved in lots of children's and youth work, and so I've developed the ability to clearly explain and elaborate my knowledge, often through analogy, which will help you gain a greater understanding of topics and the subject as a whole. I also hope that we can have fun doing it!

Personal Statements:

I also enjoy looking at and helping to edit personal statements - I helped many of my friends', and some even receieved commendation from their chosen universities on the parts that I helped them with. With my own, I gained a Cambridge interview and 4 offers.

What Next?

Please feel free to contact me through 'WebMail' or book a  'Meet the Tutor' session on this website. Please mention the topic(s) you're struggling with!

Thank you very much!
