I have a desire to teach and am privileged to spread my knowledge on the subjects I love to those who need it. I have had tutoring experience before and found I could articulate concepts effectively and clearly. My subject knowledge is extensive which motivates understanding of the underlying principles behind each exam question. Having achieved A*s in the new A-levels in 2018, I am familiar with effective exam technique and with what examiners look for.

In my sessions I aim to provide you with the tools you need to succeed. I work flexibly and will structure my lessons around your individual needs. I am happy to teach full topics as well as guide you through exam questions. It is important to develop knowledge of the course material as well as work on exam technique and questions.

Close to exam time, often the best way to revise is through answering past exam questions, with special focus on all your weakest topics. I will help to break longer and more tricky questions down into small manageable chunks. I wish to provide clear explanations for what examiners look for when awarding marks, as well as common mistakes and pitfalls.

I can help find questions on topics and areas of your choosing. Having said this please make sure to come prepared with a few questions before the lesson, which will ensure things run most smoothly. I am very keen to go above and beyond the syllabus should you wish to improve your knowledge.

I hope you will find my sessions useful and enjoyable, and I look forward to hearing from you!
