About me

I’m currently studying for a master’s degree in aerospace engineering at the University of Bath and I get a great sense of reward when my students understand complex scientific concepts for the first time. That penny drop moment is immensely fulfilling for me as a tutor.

Why these subjects?

I already have over a year of experience tutoring STEM subjects to a whole range of students, many of whom had me recommended. On top of this, I assisted in the school’s Year 9, 10 and 11's...

Why these subjects?

I already have over a year of experience tutoring STEM subjects to a whole range of students, many of whom had me recommended. On top of this, I assisted in the school’s Year 9, 10 and 11's science club for over a year which involved answering any of the student’s questions so I really have heard them all. No question is unworthy of an answer so I strongly encourage all of my students to question everything they feel needs questioning. It is one of the many things I do to build confidence as well as an ongoing interest in each subject.

What would our sessions involve?

Our sessions will be tailored to whatever your preference. I can go over the syllabus, past papers, or even specific exam questions, as well as demonstrate the best technique for approaching them. All of which are followed by plenty of feedback from the session.

Why me?

I often find that a lack of understanding results from just one piece of information needing to be explained slightly differently. I study engineering so seeing things in a new way is interwoven into my course. After completing and self-marking every Physics, Chemistry and Maths past paper I had access to, I also gained a lot of insight into what examiners look for as well as what exam technique maximises marks. Furthermore, I understand that learning something new is difficult. The last thing I want to do is make you feel pressured or rushed. For this reason, I have a very patient teaching style to ensure a peaceful learning environment which, I hope you’ll agree, makes every session that much more enjoyable. If you want to get in touch, or have any questions at all, feel free to use the links on this page to send me a message or book a “Meet the tutor session”.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Even when my lesson space wasn't working for 15 minutes, he was patient and helped me step by step how to fix it and it worked! Honestly feel privileged to have his help!
